We have designed our business to operate for individual real estate photographers, small companies with only a few photographers, a large multi-office nationwide company. So let's describe how these functions work.
Account Functions
How it all works.
First you need to understand that everyone must first create an account to use the Interactive Floor Play system. Those descriptions are broken down into four unique account types:
Each account type can complete each of the following assignments.
As a Single Photographer user you are the only one that can create an Intertactive Floor Plan project and then upload your photos to your account.
Contract Photographers are assigned photo assignements by their Area Accounts Manager. The photographer can upload his photos to managment via his normal system.
The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually create an Intertactive Floor Plan project. Creating a plan means initializing and assigning an address for the plan.
There are only two positions that can actually edit an Intertactive Floor Plan. This might be a simple address change or something similar. This can be accomplished by the Single Photographer and Area Accounts Manger.
All floor plans must be a jpg image file. The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually upload a floor plan image to the Intertactive Floor Plan.

Only a contract photographer can send an automated message to the Area Account Manger that he has completed his job.

This feature belongs solely to the National Manager.
This feature belongs solely to the National Manager. This is where he alone can setup the payment methods used by Area Accounts Manager.
The Single Photographer, Area Accounts Manger amd National Manager are the positions that can view, manage and export traffic statistics and analysis.
Notes: For some businesses, the Area Accounts Manager may be a local supervisor in a national office that does not use actual true field managers. We designed this function to work with both business systems.
