Account & Activity Descriptions

How it all works.

First you need to understand that everyone must first create an account to use the Interactive Floor Play system. Those descriptions are broken down into four unique account types:

1. Single Photographer: If you are an independent real estate photographer is the class needed for you. You can create plans, upload floor plans, upload photos, assign cameara locations, rotate cameras, preview and publish plans and make payments.
   
   
2. Contract Photographer: You are assigned to work with one or more Area Accounts Managers. You can take photos, position and rotate cameras, preview the plans and report to Area Accounts Manager.
   
   
3. Area Accounts Manager: You have been assigned a geographical area to be responsible for. You can assign contract photographer to work with you, create floor plans, upload floor plans and photos, receive notifcations from your assigned photographres that the plans are ready, or have your own staff position cameras, rotate cameras, preview and publish plans, and make payments for the plans.
   
   
4. National Manager: Your manage a nationwide organization with two or more Area Accounts Managers. You can assign the managers and manage payments.

Each account type can complete each of the following assignments.

Take Photos for My Account

As a Single Photographer user you are the only one that can create an Intertactive Floor Plan project and then upload your photos to your account.

Take Photos for Area Account Managers

Contract Photographers are assigned photo assignements by their Area Accounts Manager. The photographer can upload his photos to managment via his normal system.

Create Floor Plans

The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually create an Intertactive Floor Plan project. Creating a plan means initializing and assigning an address for the plan.

Edit Floor Plan Details

There are only two positions that can actually edit an Intertactive Floor Plan. This might be a simple address change or something similar. This can be accomplished by the Single Photographer and Area Accounts Manger.

Upload Floor Plan (JPG )

All floor plans must be a jpg image file. The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually upload a floor plan image to the Intertactive Floor Plan.

Upload Photos

All real estate images must be a jpg image file. The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually upload photos to the plan.

Manage Photos Position Cameras on Floor Plan

The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually place cameras to an Intertactive Floor Plan.

Rotate Cameras on Floor Plan

The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually place cameras to an Intertactive Floor Plan.

Preview Final Floorplan

The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actually place cameras to an Intertactive Floor Plan.

Notify Area Manager

Only a contract photographer can send an automated message to the Area Account Manger that he has completed his job.

Floor Plan Ready to Publish Pay and Publish Floorplan

The Single Photographer and the Area Accounts Manger are only two positions that can actuallypublsh and pay for each Intertactive Floor Plan.

Create and Manage Area Manager Accounts

This feature belongs solely to the National Manager.

Floor Plan Payment

This feature belongs solely to the National Manager. This is where he alone can setup the payment methods used by Area Accounts Manager.

Management Floor Plan Analytics

The Single Photographer, Area Accounts Manger amd National Manager are the positions that can view, manage and export traffic statistics and analysis.

Notes: For some businesses, the Area Accounts Manager may be a local supervisor in a national office that does not use actual true field managers. We designed this function to work with both business systems.
